Connor and the team were absolutely fantastic when I needed water damage restoration in my home in Santa Monica. They arrived quickly and took great care to protect my property—using a temporary door barrier so the cool air from my A/C stayed inside while they worked. They also used corner guards to make sure their equipment didn’t damage my walls, and wore shoe covers to keep everything clean. The crew was very respectful and friendly every step of the way. After the initial water extraction and cleanup, they even came back at no extra charge to help with another issue that happened in the same area. I highly recommend their water damage restoration services to anyone needing help in Santa Monica!

Dealing with water damage and mold can be overwhelming, but Maurice guided us through the entire process with great advice and helpful recommendations for the repair work after the cleanup. Maurice pays close attention to detail, which really made a difference. I have strong allergies, and after the restoration was completed, our home felt cleaner and safer than ever. Maurice took the time to explain every step, which really helped us as first-time homeowners. We are so grateful for the care and dedication put into making our home safe and comfortable again.

Dryforce Water Damage & Roofing deserves a full 10 out of 10 stars for their outstanding service, top-notch quality, quick response, consistent follow-through, excellent communication, and the professionalism of their team. Just two weeks before putting our house on the market, we had a water pipe break in our Santa Monica home. The master bathroom needed drywall cut out, the tub taken out, and some valves replaced. Part of the master bedroom carpet also had to be removed due to flood damage, along with baseboards and some drywall sections. To handle the moisture, they set up fans, dehumidifiers, and other equipment running non-stop to make sure everything dried out properly. Connor came by for a thorough moisture check, which they do every day to track progress and confirm all the water is gone. He let us know that this phase of the job was finished and gave the area a good cleanup. Connor also took the time to clearly explain what had been done, showing great knowledge and communication skills. He was polite, showed up right on time, and worked hard from start to finish. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and easy process thanks to the team’s dedication and care.
