After experiencing a fire last October, we were fortunate to have Eric and his team assist us. From the very first moment I met Eric, he was wonderful and immediately put our minds at ease. His team handled all the contents of our home with care, providing a thorough inventory and communicating all necessary details to us and our insurance company. The rebuild wasn’t completed until August of this year. Once it was finished, I reached out to Eric and his team, and they promptly returned everything, carefully placing our furniture and belongings back exactly where they originally were. We couldn’t be happier with the services provided. Throughout the entire process, it was the most seamless and pleasant experience we could have hoped for during such a challenging time. I highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone facing similar circumstances. Thank you again!

I would like to share my experience with Fire Help Services… Erick, Jenny, and their team. Our house fire was recent on March 15, 2025 the interior was a total loss, all our Personal property inside the home needed to be accounted for in order to be paid by our insurance. This is where Erick and his team were a great help and support to us. This is a very long process, but I’m sure very worth it. I know too well how hard it is to trust anyone, First you are in shock then in pain for what you’re going through. No one knows what you go through until you happen to go through it yourself.. But I will tell you that Erick made me feel very comfortable from the start when he came out to do a walk-through to be able to start an estimate for the job he would be doing for us. Should you decide to go with Fire Help Services, you would be making the right choice. He responds promptly to text messages , phone calls and emails. They helped create a detailed, photo-supported inventory of items deemed non-cleanable or unsalvageable due to fire, water, and smoke damage, showing exceptional care and attention to detail throughout the process. Erick, Lorena and the whole team reassured us every step of the way. Their customer service was truly top-notch, everything they said they would do they did and we couldn’t have navigated this tragic event without them.
